Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy*

Dear Boundless Clients,
During the current COVID-19 pandemic, The Boundless Bracing Team has made a number of procedural changes in order to meet the provincial Health & Safety Guidelines to adhere to the standardized operational protocols and procedures. We uphold the safety of our clients, our team and the community to the highest standard. In order to accommodate these changes at our office, appointment availabilities have been limited and staggered to optimize physical distancing and allow additional time for space sanitizing. As a result the number of available appointments each work day has decreased while wait times for appointments has increased. During this time we have experienced a significant increase in missed appointments and last minute cancellations unrelated to COVID-19 symptoms or exposure.
As a result we are implementing the following - effective immediately:
Appointments cancelled with more than 1 business day - - - No Charge
Appointments cancelled with less than 1 business day due to COVID-19 symptoms or exposure - - - No Charge
Appointments cancelled within 1 business day - - - - - - - - $25.00
Missed appointment with no notice given - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - $75.00
We continually strive to accommodate your needs. If you have to cancel and reschedule an appointment please contact our Main Office (not your orthotist) at your earliest convenience. We will aim to get back to you during business hours the following work day.
